Healthier You: Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes

Cinnamon rolls but pancake version?! If you're looking for a healthy breakfast full of protein and the good-for-you carbs, this week's Healthier You is just for you! These Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes are sweet and fluffy and perfect for a quick, easy breakfast. Not to mention, these pancakes can also be prepped for those on-the-go mornings! Highlighting our sweetest and best-selling Cinna Crunch protein powder, we hope you love this breakfast recipe!

Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 scoop AstroFlav Cinna Crunch protein powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 banana

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk


Protein cinnamon drizzle

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 3-4 TBS unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 TBS Cinna Crunch protein powder


Instructions:

  1. In a high speed blender, add all ingredients

  2. Blend until smooth and cook on the stove on medium heat.

  3. Once pancakes have a few bubbles in the batter, flip and cook until golden.

  4. Stack pancakes & top with protein cinnamon drizzle!


Recipe notes:

  • Sub two egg whites in replace of a whole egg.

  • To make vegan, sub two flax eggs in replace of whole egg and AstroFlav VeganMix in replace of IsoMix.

  • Be careful not to pour too much almond milk as batter will get too thin.

  • Flip pancakes when batter has bubbles surfacing to avoid from burning.
