Our goal is to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact AstroFlav Customer Service to begin the return or exchange process. Customer Service can be reached by email info@astroflav.com

If you request a refund for returned, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by AstroFlav. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit. 

Items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original delivered date in order to receive the full refund.

 

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by AstroFlav. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
