Shipping policy
Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- We ship Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, excluding holidays.
- Shipping costs are free over $99 when shipping to the continental U.S.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
- UPS Next Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select orders will be processed the same day if the order is placed Monday-Thursday before 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
- Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
- Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
