Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein

ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

  • Almond milk - I use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk but any kind of dairy or non dairy milk works.

  • AstroFlav Cinna Crunch IsoMix - One of our best-selling protein powders. Cinna Crunch flavor to give a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor.

  • SF vanilla pudding mix - Makes the recipe sweet and allows for a thicker consistency.

  • Zero calorie sweetener

  • Guar or Xantham Gum - Makes the recipe thick and fluffy like ice cream.

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

TIPS FOR CREATING PROTEIN ICE CREAM

  • If you do not have a whisk, a milk frother works very well to mix ingredients together.

  • For best ice cream consistency, allow ingredients to freeze for 24 hours or overnight.

  • After the first spin, remove from Creami and push the middle of the ice cream down with a spoon. Then add in milk and toppings before re-spinning.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein

Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:

Base:

  • 200 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 scoop (30g) AstroFlav Cinna Crunch Protein Powder

  • 5 grams - SF vanilla pudding mix

  • 5 grams - Zero calorie sweetener

  • ½ tsp - Cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp - Xantham Gum


Toppings:

  • 14 grams Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together all ingredients except cereal. Freeze for at least 10-12 hours or 24 hours for best ice cream texture.

  2. Once frozen, take out of freezer and place in Ninja Creami. Press ‘light ice cream’ setting.

  3. Once that is done, the ice cream may be crumbly. Press down the middle of ice cream and add in a bit more almond milk followed by a sprinkle of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

  4. Place back in Creami and press 'respin.'

  5. Once that is done, remove from Ninja Creami and spoon into a bowl. Top with more Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and enjoy!

Substitutes:

  • Xantham Gum: Guar gum powder may be used instead.

  • Almond milk: Can use dairy milk, oat milk, or coconut milk.

  • Sweetener: Swap stevia for splenda, honey, maple syrup, or SF maple syrup!
