Apple Cinnamon Baked Protein Oats
1/2 cup quick oats (rolled oats will work as well)
1 scoop AstroFlav Cinna Crunch protein powder
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 TBS maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cut up & cubed apple
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Cut your apple into small cubes and sauté in a stovetop pan with cooking spray or coconut oil. Sprinkle cinnamon onto apple slices and drizzle maple syrup for extra sweetness. Mix occasionally until browned.
In a high-speed blender, blend dry ingredients: oats, protein powder, cinnamon, & baking powder.
Combine wet ingredients (mashed banana, almond milk, maple syrup, & vanilla) with the dry mix.
In an oven-safe dish, spray cooking spray to avoid sticking, and pour the mixture in.
Top mixture with sautéed apple cubes and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy with maple syrup, walnuts, or nut butter!
