Healthier You: Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal
One of the most difficult parts of any fitness journey is changing the way you think about food. Cutting certain foods out of your diet and incorporating new ones is a challenge for many people, so don't feel alone if you also struggle with this. This week's Healthier You recipe is for peanut butter cup oatmeal! We like to add a scoop (or two) of our chocolate IsoMix Whey Protein Isolate to the oats for a delicious protein boost. We hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Directions:
1. Add the almond milk to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
2. Stir the oats in with the milk and heat again for 2 minutes, mixing with a spoon halfway through.
3. Add the chocolate protein and stir until combined.
4. Using a spoon, made an ident in the oats and fill with peanut butter.
5. Top the bowl with chia seeds, chocolate chips and peanuts. Enjoy!
