What are these protein cheesecakes made of?

Cottage cheese - Makes the cheesecake filling taste like cheesecake! Also adds extra protein to the recipe.
Greek yogurt – Helps with thick consistency and adds additional protein to the filling.
SF maple syrup - Can also be subbed with honey or pure maple syrup. Sugar-free makes for a lower carb treat!
SF Jello Cheesecake pudding mix - Gives an enhanced cheesecake flavor with just a tablespoon of powdered mix!
AstroFlav Vanilla protein powder - Not only makes this recipe high-protein, but also makes the cheesecake filling thick and sweet.

TIPS FOR CREATING THESE PROTEIN CHEESECAKE JARS

If the cheesecake filling is too thick to blend, carefully add in a few tablespoons of almond milk to help with consistency.
Don't have strawberry jam at home? That's okay! You can go without it and just add strawberries or with your favorite fresh fruit!
Cheesecakes are best enjoyed within the first few days as the granola at the bottom will get soft and moist as days go on.
To make sweeter, add a few teaspoons of a calorie-free/sugar-free sweetener.

Mini Protein Cheesecake Jars

INGREDIENTS:

Base:

2-3 TBS granola of choice (I used Kind)

Filling:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 TBS SF maple syrup
1 TBS SF Jello cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 scoop AstroFlav Vanilla protein powder

Toppings:

Low sugar/SF strawberry jam
3-4 cut fresh strawberries

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare cheesecake filling by combining cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, SF syrup, SF pudding mix, and protein powder in a blender cup.
Blend on low-medium speed until all ingredients are blended and filling is thick and creamy. Set blender cup in the refrigerator to cool and thicken up.
Meanwhile, prepare 6 small glass jars by scooping 2-3 TBS of granola to the bottom of the jar.
Remove cheesecake filling from the refrigerator and scoop a rounded spoonful on top of the granola crust.
Top with strawberry jam and cut strawberries. Place in the fridge until ready to enjoy!

Substitutes:

To make nut free: This recipe is already nut-free. Make sure to use a nut-free granola!
To make vegan: swap IsoMix with AstroFlav VeganMix & Greek yogurt with coconut/soy yogurt.
