Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

Frozen banana - Smoothens up the consistency while also adding sweetness.
Orange - Ties the recipe together with sweet orange flavors (& also makes it orange in color)
AstroFlav Vanilla IsoMix - Puts the "cream" in Orange Cream.
Honey - Sweetens up the smoothie with natural sugars.
Almond Milk - Gives a creamy liquid to the recipe to make smooth.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE

High speed blender
Measuring cup
Smoothie cup & straw (if desired)

TIPS FOR CREATING S'MORES PROTEIN BARS

Combine all dry ingredients before adding wet ingredients.
If mixture is too dry, add a bit more peanut butter to moisten it up.
Allow for at least an hour or two to cool in the refrigerator when done so chocolate doesn't melt!
For aesthetic purposes, blacken edge of marshmallows with a lighter for an ultimate s'more effect.

Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen banana
1/2 peeled orange
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop AstroFlav Vanilla IsoMix
1 TBS honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients into a Ninja or high speed blender.
Blend until ice is completely blended and consistency is smooth.
Top with whip cream and an orange slice and enjoy!

Substitutes:

Oranges: Swap oranges for orange juice to create the same flavor!
Almond milk: Can substitute almond milk with dairy milk, coconut, soy, or oat milk.
Honey: To make sugar free, swap honey with SF syrup or a calorie free sweetener
