St. Patty's Day is right around the corner and we all know what that means... Shamrock Shakes are back and more enticing than ever! Luckily for you, we have recreated McDonald's famous Shamrock Shake as a healthier alternative so you can still enjoy this festive dessert! This healthy Protein Shamrock Shake highlights AstroFlav's Vanilla protein powder for a sweet, protein-packed delight! Keep scrolling for this healthy St. Patricks Day treat!

Protein Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 scoop AstroFlav Vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup non-fat or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • Handful of spinach

  • 6-7 ice cubes

Toppings:

  • Zero Sugar whipped cream

  • 1-2 mint Oreo cookies

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth!

  2. Pour into glass or cup of choice and top with whipped cream and Oreo cookies.

  3. Enjoy!


Recipe notes:

  • Mint leaves can be substituted with mint flavoring extract.

  • Recipe can be made with cottage cheese in replace of Greek yogurt.

  • Frozen bananas will make the recipe thicker and creamier.

  • AstroFlav Vanilla protein powder can be swapped with AstroFlav Cookies & Cream for a thin mint taste!
