S'mores Protein Bars
ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
Low sugar, high protein cereal - I used Three Wishes Cocoa for this recipe, but any low sugar, high protein cereal will work.
Oats - I used quick oats for this recipe, but old-fashioned or gluten free will work!
AstroFlav Cinna Crunch IsoMix- This IsoMix enhances the cinnamon flavor for graham cracker flavors.
Peanut butter - Peanut butter is a really important ingredient to this recipe, but any kind of creamy nut butter would work well. You could try almond butter, sunflower butter, or even a flavored peanut butter!
Honey - Sweetens up the protein bars and ensures everything sticks together.
Dark chocolate chips -What kind of s'more is made without the chocolate?
Mini marshmallows - You simply cannot have a s'more without the marshmallow! Just a topping of mini marshmallows brings this s'more recipe together!
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE

TIPS FOR CREATING S'MORES PROTEIN BARS
Combine all dry ingredients before adding wet ingredients.
If mixture is too dry, add a bit more peanut butter to moisten it up.
Allow for at least an hour or two to cool in the refrigerator when done so chocolate doesn't melt!
For aesthetic purposes, blacken edge of marshmallows with a lighter for an ultimate s'more effect.
