I grew up playing sports my entire life, but I specifically got into Fitness once I began playing and training for football senior of high school. I fell in love with it since and can’t remember a point in my life where I was not consistently doing some form of fitness.

The best way to balance fitness with a busy life is waking up early. It’s a “ cheat code “There’s almost never a reason you can’t start your day with a workout—it’s just about making it a priority. Later in the day, life can easily get in the way, but when you train first thing in the morning, there are no distractions or interruptions. Plus, it’s a great way to kickstart your day: you release endorphins, feel accomplished, and tackle something challenging right away. It’s a win before the day even really begins.
