4:00 AM - Wake up

4:15 AM - Devotional Time/Reading
Use the Bible app and pray. Spend 30 minutes reading some type of personal development book.
5:00 AM - Breakfast
Supplements: Take 2 GlucoDrive capsules before eating.
Meal:

5:15 AM - 5:45 AM - Plan and Preparation
