Brian Tweer: Morning Routine

4:00 AM - Wake up

Drink: 16 oz of water with lemon juice and 10 g of glutamine.

4:15 AM - Devotional Time/Reading

Use the Bible app and pray. Spend 30 minutes reading some type of personal development book.

5:00 AM - Breakfast

Supplements: Take 2 GlucoDrive capsules before eating.

Meal:

• 2 scoops of Rice N Grinds

• 2 scoops of Isomix

• 1 banana

• 1 scoop of almond butter

5:15 AM - 5:45 AM - Plan and Preparation

Review the daily schedule and plan the day.
Preparation: Digest breakfast and get ready for the gym.

5:45 AM - Pre-Workout

6:00 AM - Workout

Strength training for about an hour.
Cardio for 20-30 minutes.
