These baked oats are a festive delight that turn your plain bowl of oats to invigorating peppermint goodness!
Oats - Blended into flour. I used quick oats, but you can also use old-fashioned.

Can I use instant oats instead of old-fashioned oats?
While you can use instant oats, the texture may be slightly different. Old-fashioned oats provide a heartier and more satisfying texture in baked oats.
What can I substitute for peppermint extract if I don't have any?
If you don’t have peppermint extract, you can use a few drops of vanilla extract for a different flavor profile, or skip the extract altogether if you prefer plain chocolate oats.C
Can I prep these oats the night before and bake them in the morning?
Yes, you can prepare the oats the night before, cover them and put them in the refrigerator, and then bake them in the morning!
1/2 cup GF quick oats (blended into flour)
1 scoop AstroFlav Chocolate IsoMix
1 TBS cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 TBS white chocolate chips
1/2 crushed candy cane
Blend oats in a high-speed blender to make into fine oat flour.
In a medium sized bowl, add all dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
Next, add in wet ingredients: egg, almond milk, peppermint extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the batter into a small greased ramekin. Fold in chocolate chips or sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
Remove oats from the oven and top with crushed candy canes!
