Healthier You: Biscoff Protein Cookies

We have the perfect cookie recipe made just for you this week! This week's Healthier You recipe calls for Biscoff Protein Cookies. These homemade cookies have 10 grams of protein per and have very limited ingredients. This recipe highlights one of our crowd favorites: Cinna Crunch IsoMix protein powder. Biscoff Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups almond flour
2 scoops AstroFlav Cinna Crunch protein powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 Biscoff cookies for decor

1/2 cup cookie butter or cashew butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup white chocolate chips (I used Lilly's)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients: almond flour, protein powder, and baking soda.
Next, add in oil, agave or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Mix together with spoon until cookie dough consistency.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and begin to scoop out 2-3 balls of cookie dough.
Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
Top each cookie with half of a Biscoff cookie. Serve and enjoy!
