This week's Healthier Yourecipe for Healthy Protein Powder Cookie Dough is adapted from foodfaithfitness.com. We like to use our IsoMix Whey Protein Isolate protein powder in French Vanilla for a delicious protein boost. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Healthy Protein Powder Cookie Dough
5 Tbsp AstroFlav IsoMix Whey Protein Isolate in French Vanilla
1 Tbsp coconut flour
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk (optional but recommended)
1/4 tsp butter extract (optional but recommended)
1/2 Tbsp dairy free mini chocolate chips
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the protein, coconut flour and sea salt.
2. Add the applesauce, almond milk and butter extract to the bowl and stir to combine.
3. Once the mixture is fully combined, add the chocolate chips and any other ad-ins you would like (such as nuts or dried fruit).
4. You can enjoy the cookie dough right away or chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
