High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake
ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE:
Low-fat cream cheese - Helps form and make the cheesecake rich.Can also use full fat or fat free cream cheese.
Greek yogurt - Either non-fat or regular Greek yogurt work. Non-fat yogurt contains extra protein to make this recipe a high protein dessert!
Egg white - I have not used a full egg; however, some cheesecake recipes do include the whole egg.
AstroFlav Strawberry Isomix - The perfect flavor protein powder to add to this strawberry cheesecake dessert!
Frozen strawberries - Fresh or frozen strawberries will work!
Stevia - For a zero-calorie sweetener. Can also sub for Splenda or regular sugar.
Cornstarch - Thickens the sauce so it sticks to the cheesecake.
Vanilla extract - A must for any good cheesecake!
Graham crackers - Can be made without graham crackers! Adds extra sweetness and crunchiness.

TIPS FOR CREATING PROTEIN CHEESECAKE
Keep an eye on the cheesecake bites as they bakes. They can burn if left in too long and can also be too soft if not cooked long enough. If the middle continues to be a little too soft, cook it a little longer. Once it is firm to touch, it’s fine to remove from the oven.
Room temperature cream cheese and Greek yogurt will yield a creamier cheesecake.
Tap the bottom of the muffin tin on the countertop to evenly lay the cheesecake mixture.
