Lemon Vanilla Protein Waffles
ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
Oats - Smoothens up the consistency while also adding sweetness.
AstroFlav Vanilla IsoMix - Puts the "cream" in Orange Cream.
Greek yogurt - Adds more protein and helps with consistency.
Honey - Sweetens up the waffles with natural sugars.
Egg - Allows for the waffles to rise and fluff up.
Lemon - Adds a yummy, zesty flavor to this recipe.
Almond Milk - Gives a creamy liquid to the recipe to make batter consistency.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE
High speed blender
Medium sized bowl
Waffle maker (I used a mini)
TIPS FOR CREATING LEMON VANILLA PROTEIN WAFFLES
Combine all dry ingredients before adding wet ingredients.
If batter is too dry, add almond milk in slowly until pancake-like consistency.
Juice lemon by cutting in half and squeezing until all the lemon juice is out.
Evenly spray waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray to avoid batter sticking to the trays.
