Brewed coffee: Can also sub for cold brew coffee.
Cinna Crunch IsoMix: Calls for the perfect pairing of cinnamon and pumpkin spice!
Almond milk: I used unsweetened vanilla, can sub for milk of choice.
Pumpkin puree: The recipe calls for 3 TBS, but you can lessen the amount to lessen the taste of pumpkin.
Maple syrup: I used sugar-free maple syrup, but you can use regular or sub for sweetener of choice.
Pumpkin pie spice: Puts the 'pumpkin spice' in pumpkin spice latte!
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Glass mug
Small stovetop sauce pan
Milk frother
You can heat up almond milk and pumpkin in the microwave; however, I found using the stove top was efficient and smoothened out all the clumps!
Cold brew coffee will work for this recipe just as well.
Using a frother will help thicken up the mixture; however, the pumpkin makes it hard to get a frothy consistency to layer on top.
8 ounces brewed coffee
1/2 scoop (16g) AstroFlav Cinna Crunch IsoMix
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 TBS pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TBS maple syrup (I used SF maple syrup)
sprinkle of cinnamon
In a cup or saucepan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin.
Cook on medium heat on the stovetop or microwave for 30-45 seconds.
Remove from heat, stir in IsoMix, vanilla, spices, and sweetener.
Place in a cup and use a frother to foam the milk. You can also use a blender — just process for 30 seconds or until foamy.
Pour coffee into a large mug, and add the foamy milk mixture on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
Substitutes:
Cinna Crunch IsoMix: Vanilla IsoMix would taste just as yummy; you may have to add more pumpkin pie spice and add cinnamon.
Maple syrup: SF maple syrup, honey, or a zero calorie sweetener would work as well.
