Strawberry yogurt clusters seem to be the vital TikTok and Instagram healthy recipe right now, so we decided to put our own twist on it. Strawberries & Cream Protein Yogurt Clusters are on the Healthier You menu this week! Not only did we swap the viral dark chocolate recipe for white chocolate, but also DOUBLED the protein by adding in our best-selling, Strawberry IsoMix. We hope you love this good-for-you sweet treat!

Strawberries & Cream Protein Yogurt Clusters

ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

Strawberries - One of the sweetest berries and goes perfect with white chocolate.
Greek yogurt - I used non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Vanilla and strawberry Greek yogurt would work as well.
AstroFlav Strawberry IsoMix- The best Strawberry IsoMix out there! Enhances the strawberry taste and brings the strawberries & cream flavor to full circle.
SF Maple Syrup - I used sugar-free for this recipe, but honey or regular maple syrup would make this recipe sweeter!
White chocolate chips- The viral chocolate covered strawberry clusters call for dark chocolate, but we used white chocolate to bring out the creamy flavor!

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE

Parchment paper
Baking sheet or tray
Medium sized mixing bowl
Spoon & fork

TIPS FOR CREATING STRAWBERRY CLUSTERS

Stir Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth consistency, with no clumps.
If mixture is too thin, add in a bit more Greek yogurt to thicken the consistency.
Allow for at least 30 minutes to freeze each section so flavors don't mix together!
Run popsicle mold under room temperature water to loosen up the popsicles for an easier removal.
Fill popsicle molds all the way to the top to make the sticks easier to remove.

Strawberries & Cream Protein Yogurt Clusters

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop AstroFlav Strawberry IsoMix
2-3 TBS SF maple syrup
1 cup baking white chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare a cutting board or baking sheet by covering with parchment paper.
Chop and dice strawberries with a knife and place into a medium bowl.
Combine Greek yogurt and SF maple syrup into bowl and mix until strawberries are covered.
Add scoop of Strawberry protein powder and mix until well combine and strawberries are completely covered.
Scoop out strawberry clusters with a spoon or cookie scoop onto prepared cutting board or baking sheet.
Place sheet into the freezer for at least 30 minutes to harden up.
Prepare melted white chocolate by placing in the microwave for 30 second intervals until smooth.
Remove sheet from the freezer and use a fork or toothpick to dip each yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Return the tray to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
Remove from freezer when ready to be enjoyed!

Substitutes:

Greek yogurt: Can sub for dairy-free, lactose, or almond-based yogurt.
SF maple syrup - Can sub for honey, regular maple syrup, or calorie-free alternative for this recipe!
Strawberry IsoMix - Swap Strawberry IsoMix for Vanilla or Chocolate!
White chocolate - Sub white chocolate for milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate!
